My team and I are part of the Arabian Ranches community having lived and worked here even before the project was built. I remember driving out into the desert to the purpose built sales center ( formally where Alma and the lake are ) with the Arabian horses out front and only 3 show homes.. So convinced about this development and confident in Emaar properties, I bought without hesitation and infectiously told all my friends to buy and so the story began almost 8 years ago about House Hunters and the relationship with "The Ranches".

We are connected to you and the community and you will often hear the words "team" and "family" , its because we are close, working together and the way we do business is personal. My children are at JESS and my agent's children are at JESS. Sharon, Jodie and I live in Saheel, Natasha in Savannah, Amy and Sharon Hughes live in Alma, Denice in Palmera, and Alison and Noa in al Reem. So passionate about the Ranches that I approached Emaar about a stand at the Retail Center to help promote the ranches so that people could share and enjoy this suburb of new Dubai as i had done for many years. House Hunters prides itself on it's support to the local community and JESS school in many events such as the annual spring fayre, the Jess Ball etc. We have rented 1300 homes which represents 1/3 of the development and sold hundreds of properties to date.
